The things that don’t fit neatly anywhere else.
Some things clearly belong in AI, Real Estate or Watches.
And then there’s everything else.
This is where I put the thoughts, observations and questions that happen to have my attention but don’t need their own permanent category.
A little bit of everything.
Markets, money, mindset, history, culture, society, cars, something I noticed during the morning, or something I’ve been thinking about for years.
There doesn’t need to be a common subject connecting all of it.
The connection is simply that I found it interesting enough to write down.
The latest from the miscellaneous drawer.
Whatever happens to be here right now.

The Economy Feels Fine. That May Be the Problem.
The economy still looks surprisingly normal. But beneath the surface, households are cutting back, bond yields are rising, energy markets are tightening and global capital flows are shifting. The question is whether the structure underneath the economy is becoming more fragile than everyday life suggests.
That’s what’s in the drawer today.
I’ll keep adding to it as things catch my attention. If something here raises a question or gives you something to think about, feel free to reach out.
